"I loved what I bought"

I loved what I bought. The quality was great and fit exactly right according to the size chart which matched my size as I know it. I would encourage the company to inform their customers that the products could take up to 6 weeks to be delivered as was the case with my order. That way they can plan their purchases to match the climate 4 weeks hence. I know supply systems have been affected by COVID, but I might have bought more winter items had I known.

"Excellent service"

Zokuji customer service contacted me and was helping me track my order the whole time! They even made sure I had my items and liked them, and refunded me for an item I wasn’t satisfied with as well as let me keep the item! Excellent customer service.

The shirts are beautiful but run very small. The x large is like a medium/large and the large like small/medium. The quality and appearance of the product is great but will have to see if I can exchange sizes.

"the goods arrived too late"

Good features and not so good features
Nice light material (I live in a warm climate). Arrived promptly, though I thought the shipping cost was too high. I mostly gave it three stars because the sleeves are too long and the elastic at the wrist is not such where I can push up the sleeves and have them stay put. The back was a nice tunic length but the front is right at my waist (too short). The cutout in the neckline is off-center.

I purchased two shirts and I like both of them. They are different than what you can find in many stores. I would have rated 5 stars except delivery took a long time and communication on delivery was limited.

"Happy shopper"

Was very happy with my 3 tops. Postage was quick. The fabric is quite soft and seems to be good quality. My only criticism would be the colours are much brighter than in the photos. The sizing is spot on.

"Great Deal"

I have placed 5 orders with Zokuji. The clothing is priced super low which is great. Sometime shipping is slow, but I have always gotten everything ordered. I double check reviews to get the proper size. Online shopping is always a bit of a gamble when it comes to clothing.

"Great quality, must be patient...slow delivery"

I was very excited when I ordered my four tops. The hardest thing was waiting and waiting for the delivery. It took 3 weeks to receive my order in Canada, which I thought was a long time considering the package was being shipped from the US. The shirts are well made, soft and fit well. I wear a medium and there is no need to change the size.

"Quite nice"

The order took about 3 weeks to arrive, but I expected that and it was fine. The (long-sleeve) tops were well made of good quality, nice to the touch fabric (on the warm side). Size ran a bit small (I ordered large instead of medium and that was perfect). Sleeves were a good length. I washed in delicate once so far and the colors are fine. Obviously, the cut is not what appears on the models (long and skinny), but rather fits and looks good on a normal body.
