"Beautiful dress and good service"

I have bought some clothes here as gifts for my friends many times, and those are among my best decisions ever. Girls are both happy with the stuffs, even get back to buy some more later. All items are sophisticated and very high quality products, look exactly like the image and description on the site. Everything is perfect, from products to service. Customer service team is also very enthusiasm; items was delivered on time without any lost or harm. You can also get some discount when register a new account, 10% or more in some occasion. Certainly will back in the future.

"Beautiful maxi dresses"

I was first afraid because I saw some very good and some very bad reviews, but my mom and I decided to order 3 maxi dresses each. Our order took a bit to arrive but the customer service agent (Maggie) that helped us gave us updates on our shipping and we could track our orders easily. We received them here in Mexico and they are beautiful, just like in the pictures we saw online, same colors, and the materials are of good quality :) I would order again!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a lovely gown from Zagwill. I made a mistake with my measurements. They notified me to correct my measurements. However I failed to get it right. The notified me a gain ( via email). After my many mistakes. I received my beautiful dress in a timely manner.

Overall I am very satisfied with Zagwill. It is typically accurate and when it wasn't, Zagwill contacted me to solve the problem very quickly. The customer service is fast and efficient, and you can tell Zagwill take pride in their clothing and services.
