"The best customer service"

I ordered two items from Wirven and I LOVE my new outfits. I just hope that delivery would be much faster. Although it is quite worth the wait, I prefer receiving the items quicker. Perhaps I need to further review delivery options. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend Wirven. Their clothing is super cute and true to the fit. I look forward to shopping with them in the near future.

"Satisfied Customer"

I have purchased many items on there with very little issue. One item arrived damaged and within minutes of notifying customer service, I was not only refunded my money but also given a credit for the trouble. Also, once I accidentally bid on an item and won. I cancelled the order without any incident at all. Some items are a bit smaller than they appear, but most everything I have purchased I have used and love!

I love shopping with Wirven, problem free for the most part. Had a package delivered to someone else's house but Wirven sent me replacement items right away. Than I received a jumpsuit (one of the replacement items) with pink permanent marker where the manufacture marked where to sew the buttons! And other sad issues with the outfit. I called Wirven and suggested they remover jumpsuit from catalog.

"Quality and style of clothing is exceptional"

Quality and style of clothing is exceptional. Customer Service is AMAZING! Love the free shipping both ways (even if it's factored into the pricing - love not seeing it broken out). Returns are SO EASY so I can order and try on things in the comfort of my home without any worries that I won't be able to return if I don't like.
