"Need to size up"

I was pleasantly surprised when I received the goods, because he is as beautiful as the picture, and the fabric is very comfortable, but what I did not expect is that the size is smaller, I am 5.7', 165lbs, usually wear L, but this time I failed, I should buy XL, it will be more comfortable.So I suggest buying a bigger one.

I bought a dresses here 2 days ago. I’m 5’8 135lbs and ordered a Medium! This dress looks and fits exactly like the photo. There’s a zipper on the back of dress which I like...but don’t even have to use :) It’s a stretchy light material and perfect for summer. I’ll be wearing this a lot!! 😊

"amazing customer service"

amazing customer service, my shirt didnt fit well at all from the app, i sent them pictures they adjusted everything and my second shirt is on its way now for free, this is no BS. Quality of the garment and the shirt is incredible and i wont be buying in store anymore once i get the perfect measurements in my profile.

"The best of ALL the rest"

I've tried a few 'Tailor' type apps and store and no one comes close to the service and quality of product. Their customer service is impeccable. When I made a measurement mistake, and they could have charged me easily for MY mistake, they replaced my pants for free. I get almost my entire wardrobe from them.

"This is my new deliverer of all my shirts."

I used their app for sizing and it worked perfect, except for my arms that came to short and to narrow (can be that I had my arms in a wrong position when the app sized me up). This was however quickly handled and adjusted by the most professional support organization and a couple of days later a new shirt were under production, free of charge. The fabric and the handcraft of the shirt is as it came out of a high end tailor store down town, except those shirts take twice the time to manufacture and cost almost twice the price. From now I will buy all my shirts from Tailor Store

I bought bigger because i wanted it loose. So I would say its true to size. Im short. This hits right at/above the knees. The material is thin and breezy, but not see-thru - i would describe it as a jersey-knit material. I am definitely buying more.
