"Shipping was prompt"

Shipping was prompt (tracking emailed within 90 mins of purchase) and despite a brief FedEx hiccup due to weather , the dress arrived quickly, well-packed and in perfect condition. Pre-sale inquiries were handled quickly and professionally by Jose and my questions after purchase were handled equally well. David even followed up with me as he personally tracked the shipment. I believe this is my fourth transaction buying/selling and I remain impressed with the efficiency and professionalism. Thanks .

Just bought a dress and a sweater from this website two weeks ago. I was surprised when I receive the order. The quality of the dress is beyond my expectation. But the sender gave me wrong sweater. I tried to contact the customer care service and left message via FB. The seller help me solve the issue and finally I got the sweater I want even though the process is a little bit tortuous. Considering high quality of the products, I would reorder in future.

This is a fantastic clothing website with the best customer service i have come across. Great variety, good prices. Highly recommended for friends and family. Regular designs and reasonable shipping costs.
You can check clothing by body type, see if it 'fits' your build, and buy things like outfits rather than trying to figure out what you'd like to go with something!

"I've shopped with this company a few times before"

I've shopped with this company a few times before. Their clothes are absolutely gorgeous! I just wish the delivery didn't take so long! I have to wait sometimes a whole month for my items. But at least they DO come! It's not missing in action like other companies. I also wish you can actually SPEAK to someone in Customer Service. But oh well! Maybe they'll change things one day. I still love their clothing though!
