Wonderful store! Very reliable in every way: for payments, for shipping (everything comes perfectly packaged and protected), the clothes are just as described and the sizes are very accurate according to the size chart, I love it! In addition his designs are very original!

"Very pleased"

I ordered a dress before reading any of the reviews. Honestly got pretty concerned after reading what I found. I didn't realize when I made the purchase that the company was in China. When attempting to contact the company I had a hard time at first. When I was able to contact the after sales department they were very kind and accommodating. I spoke to them on several occasions where we discussed my event date and my apprehensiveness of delivery. They pushed to have my dress completed and rushed it at no extra cost. My dress arrived today and it looks exactly like the picture and the fit is absolutely perfect. (It was a custom order) I am quite surprised with the bad reviews I've seen as my experience with Simple dress has been excellent. I would definitely order from them again.
