Very reliable in every way: for payments, for shipping (everything comes perfectly packaged and protected), the clothes are just as described and the sizes are very accurate according to the size chart, I love it! The top does not feel cheaply made at all. I ordered a size small and the top is a bit loose in the neckline and bust but I still love the fit and feel of it.
