I contacted buyer service with a question about an order I had placed, I was nervous because my item was not going to arrive in time for the event I bought it for, since I had not seen any tracking information, but a Lovely customer service representative helped me and reassured me by following me and making sure I had the correct tracking information. They were helpful and friendly!

I have been able to track every order and the delivery never failed, anyway so far, I have more than a dozen items on the way and I am sure I will be as satisfied with them as before.

What I liked there was the wide range of choice. There are many clothing options, and each item has color options. I ordered four t-shirts of different colors, and I like the quality. The service is also nice. The only con was that I had to wait for my delivery more than two weeks, but they called me and apologized. Thank you.
