"Customer Service Above All else"
We had to move a logo from the sleeve to the back of the shirt because, in an oversight, it would not fit. The first shipment, there was vast irregularity in the placement and straightness of the logo on the back of the shirt. Queensboro immediately redid the shirts and the replacement order was fine. This whole experience might have been stressful and frustrating; however, Anthony Palmer was an excellent customer service representative and made sure we got everything that we needed.
