"Great products, great retailer!"

I purchased a dress for my wife that was one size too small. I contacted support and had a response within a few hours stating that I could get a new dress in the correct size for no cost and I could keep the first one as well. I received the new dress within a couple of weeks and it fit my wife perfectly. I was very pleased with the prompt service and the care from the support team. I will definitely place more orders in the future!

"I'm incredibly happy"

I only take the time to write comments when I'm incredibly happy or very upset and this boutique is the first. My item not only arrived within a few days after ordering, but also the time and effort put into my package is exceptional. I will definitely buy again. Experience has made a difference. I buy a lot of clothes online and have yet to come across a customer service focused business. Other online retailers could learn a lot from you!

I have ordered from Kairamo multiple times over the last few years.The clothes I bought fit perfectly and look just like the pictures.The packages always arrive in less than three weeks which is amazing! I also love that you are able to track your parcels after they have shipped out. I will definitely keep shopping on their super easy to use website!

After talking to someone in customer service I was able to resolve my issue and they have agreed to refund the cost of my items less the shipping fee which is admirable, shopping here might not be so bad. Thank you.

It's so beautiful!!Material is lush and subtle on the skin. The colour is great on my skin tone and the dress fits perfectly. It's easy to wear. Moreover, if you'll love to expose some skin, unbuttoning few buttons will do the trick. Good thing is, you can pair with variety of accessories. EXCELLENT!!!

"Beautiful"

I was first afraid because I saw some very good and some very bad reviews, but my mom and I decided to order 3 maxi dresses each. Our order took a bit to arrive but the customer service agent (Maggie) that helped us gave us updates on our shipping and we could track our orders easily. We received them here in Mexico and they are beautiful, just like in the pictures we saw online, same colors, and the materials are of good quality :) I would order again!

There is an incredible range of clothing and I have found some really unique dresses that I love.
The quality is usually pretty good for the price you're paying, sometimes the items may look a little different than the pictures, but sometimes it's to be expected, so be sure to read the reviews before buying anything.

Frankly, I normally don't like to comment after shopping, but I have bought several items on this store for times. They only sale women's clothing, and many styles are suitable for my age. I bought some dresses, tees and blouses here, I'm very satified with the style and quality. Besides the global shipment has effected by the covid-19 virus, but they ship fast as I expected. Btw, there is an advice for anyone who wants to shop on online store : make sure to know your size, and check out the size chart.

Amazing dress. its beautifully made and fully lined and fits almost perfectly to the measurement i supplied, as a plus size girl i was a little nervous about having a custom made dress but i am completely overjoyed by what i received. cannot believe how simple and cheap this website was!!
