"Good shopping experience"

I have made several purchases in this online clothing store. The online process was very easy to do! I have ordered several blouses and a sweater, I was very happy with all of them! Customer service handled my questions in a timely manner by email, even when I asked for an item too small, they responded quickly and helped me get the correct size. I like tracking shipments, you know exactly when they will arrive!

"awesome shop！"

I have placed a few orders to date with Jlalo and the quality and price of the clothes have been great. I only had one issue with an order that didn't quite look the same when it arrived due to good photography -, but Hannah in customer Service responded the same day and offered a few solutions. Whenever I responded she was fast to answer and friendly. I judge companies very much upon their customer service and Jlalo has never let me down.

"The quality is pretty"

The delivery of my order made here was very fast for my first and third item that I bought, however, the second item came out defective, which I understand may happen and the replacement took a little over 2 weeks, but I can also understand it. The quality is pretty good, it's worth paying a bit more for a customer friendly website and super fast delivery. I'm always concerned with what the size will be, but I found it to be perfect for my actual size.

"Great quality"

The quality of the clothes in this store is quite good, I am less likely to buy clothes online, but this store really wowed me. I have bought three times, all delivered within 20 days, but the size chart may be a bit large, it is recommended to buy one size smaller.

"Very good company"

I bought shirts and I am in love with them and want to order more to wear during the day also. They are maybe a little see through but not bad and they are so soft! I am 5'9" and they are actually long enough, which is rare for me. I 100% recommend these.
