"Beautiful dress and good service"

I have bought some clothes here as gifts for my friends many times, and those are among my best decisions ever. Girls are both happy with the stuffs, even get back to buy some more later. All items are sophisticated and very high quality products, look exactly like the image and description on the site. Everything is perfect, from products to service. Customer service team is also very enthusiasm; items was delivered on time without any lost or harm.

"This company has shown they can be trusted"

After talking to someone in customer service I was able to resolve my issue with Hemphil and they have agreed to refund the cost of my items less the shipping fee which is admirable, shopping here might not be so bad. Thank you.

Being an avid online shopper, I was delighted to find this site that not only offers great prices, but clothes that are not the norm. I bought dresses for myself and my daughter and have been getting compliments every time. I must say that the quality is also excellent. I have not had problems with shipping costs. My packages arrive in good condition and on time. I will continue shopping with this site. It's way up there with my favorites now.

"Prompt and courteous"

Customer service is excellent. Being in Canada and with mail and courier services taking longer, I was a bit concerned with the amount of time my order was taking to get to me. I contacted Indigenous and received a helpful and reassuring email in return.

"The best site ever"

This is my online shopping store because it has so many varieties of items that anyone needs, from clothing and accessories to bags and shoes. I really love the quality of all the items I've received, and the staff is very professional when it comes to solving any issues. I used to have trouble transporting items I bought online at other stores, but with these girls I never had a problem getting the things I bought. I love this store! I highly recommend it :)

"Too fond of!"

I've shopped with this company a few times before. Their clothes are absolutely gorgeous! I just wish the delivery didn't take so long! I have to wait sometimes a whole month for my items. But at least they DO come! It's not missing in action like other companies. I also wish you can actually SPEAK to someone in Customer Service. But oh well! Maybe they'll change things one day. I still love their clothing though!

"It met and exceeded all of my expectations!"

Frankly, I normally don't like to comment after shopping, but I have bought several items on this store for times. They only sale women's clothing, and many styles are suitable for my age. I bought some dresses, tees and blouses here, I'm very satified with the style and quality. Besides the global shipment has effected by the covid-19 virus, but they ship fast as I expected. Btw, there is an advice for anyone who wants to shop on online store : make sure to know your size, and check out the size chart.

"I love their clothes"

I wasn’t expecting much from an online purchase, but this exceeded my expectations. This was a really beautiful, well made and nicely fitting top. It was exactly as described, hit where it was supposed to and fit as stated. I bought my normal size and it’s just right. I’d purchase more if the bills didn’t have to be paid.
