It may take longer to receive orders, but the prices make it worth it. Also, ALWAYS read the reviews on the clothing you want to buy because the size may be wrong and the reviews from other buyers can help you make the right choice so you don't have to return anything.

My overall experience was excellent especially through email, response was prompt and they were very helpful in getting my item delivered on time only disappointed that the dress cannot fit I've gain quite a few pounds. But I love it. Quality is as seen in image displayed.

For me, the trendy matter a lot. I can always find some new&unique styles from this site. And I'm a careful fashion seeker, very few mistakes on size.

But size problem just happened without warning. I asked for an exchange and got a positive reply. Just a small problem with delivery. The return&exchange experience was really a challenge to my patients when I bought a lovely dress but the wrong size. Lucky the right size finally reached me in time.

I appreciated its attitude in supporting my exchange decision/ and prompt information on delivery, even it was slow.

For some sites, it will turn into another story if you want an exchange/return.

"Good"

Good. No complaints, other than I hate doing these damn surveys. I initially put down only the word 'Good' but then it wasted my time by demanding more characters. Order confirmation, feedback options, and customer care resolution should be automatic, so why am I being asked to choose yes or no? Thank you for confirming safety of my email address. That is something I do appreciate.

This is a super cute and cheap online store and very easy to navigate the site. Shipping takes a little while, but it's worth it as all of their products are of great quality and affordable. Very satisfied with what I buy in your store. I love how they have so many high-quality photos for each garment, so you have a good idea of what it looks like. Very reliable. I especially like his fashionable style clothes :)
