"Great experience"
Definitely can be either work or casual which is wonderful. I wore it like in the picture for a night out and buttoned it up to the collar for work and it's a nice business casual dress and I have received compliments already! The color is gorgeous and the material is extremely comfortable. The waist is adjustable with the belt which gives the slim waist effect :)
