Saw a buyer feel that the customer service response is very slow, it is recommended to send an email directly, I like to send an email, originally thought to be slow to receive a reply, I did not expect an hour to reply, and seriously solve all my questions. "High quality! Delivery time is a little long, but worth the wait!"
I purchased two dresses and three sweaters 25 days ago. The waiting process made me anxious and I was afraid of running into a scam. During this time, I kept sending emails. The customer service person told me that one of my sweaters was out of stock. I was asked to wait or cancel that out-of-stock sweater before it shipped again. I'm glad I chose to wait. Both the sweater and the skirt exceeded my expectations and I was not disappointed in my wait. I have received compliments from my husband and neighbors. I would buy again, but wish the delivery time was faster!!!

"Amazing speed and quality!"
